Orders for products supplied are subject to our terms and conditions of order.
The items supplied are novelty items and we do not make any therapeutic or medical claims of any kind.

Confidentiality

We assure you of our discretion and respect your privacy. Your personal details are never used without your consent. At any time you can contact us and ask for your details to be amended and any communication from us to cease.

Prices

Prices of any order will be honoured as advertised at the time but are subject to change in the future.

Product availability

Products are sourced from manufacturers around the world. We therefore cannot guarantee product availability on any specific item, the supply of which is subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.

Delivery

All orders will be sent by first class post and under strong plain cover.

Cancellation and returns

We want you to be very pleased with any purchase. If you are unhappy with any product you should let us know. Due to the personal nature of the products we need to be careful with our returns.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel any item within 14 days. Any goods returned to us must be in the original packaging and in an unworn unused state and suitable for resale. They must be wrapped and unopened. Any monies paid by you will be refunded in full.

Products damaged on arrival

Any product received damaged on receipt must be notified to us within 5 days. We will replace or refund in full including the cost of postage in returning the damaged goods to us.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of all products supplied and will replace any defective item within a period of three months, fair ware and tear excepted.

Goods excluded from refund guarantee

Unless the item is damaged or defective the following items are excluded from return. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept items of lingerie which have been worn, any lotions or potions with the seal broken, adult toys where the packaging has been opened and any DVDs where the seal is broken.

Lingerie

We urge you to order the correct size. Worn items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.

Please email or phone us and send any return item to the address below.

Out of stock orders

We do our best to supply all orders promptly but in the event of out of stock items we cannot supply within 21 days we will contact you offering an alternative, the option to wait or a refund.

Members benefits

All members will receive an automatic 10% discount on all orders, a members only zone offers of up to 50% discount on certain items and a news letter offering members special offers and details of new products on a monthly basis or as you may require or request.
