Product Availability

Proucts are sourced from manufacturers around the world. We therefore cannot guarantee product availability on any specific item, the supply of which is subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.

Delivery

All orders will be sent by first class post and all goods are discreetly dispatched in strong and anonymous packaging. Please allow 14 days for delivery, although in most instances products will be delivered within 7 days.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of every item on this website and will replace any defective item which is returned to us within three months of delivery. Fair wear and tear excepted. 

Out of Stock Orders

We do our best to supply all goods promptly, but occasionally there is a delay beyond our control. If goods are likely to be delayed we will contact you and either offer an alternative or give you the option to wait or be refunded.
