Shipping Returns

We want you to be very pleased with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way you should let us know. Because of the personal nature of our products we need to be careful with our returns policy.

Damaged Goods - we will immediately replace any damaged or defective product provided that we are notified in writing within 5 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full.

Goods Excluded - unless the product is damaged or defective, the following items are excluded from return. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept items of lingerie which have have been worn, lotions and potions that have the seal broken and adult toys where the packing has been opened..
