Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All orders will be sent by first class post and under strong plain cover. We aim to send all orders within 2 working days, any delays will be notified to yourself by e-mail and if the item is unavailable for any reason we will offer an alternative or full refund.

Cancellation and returns

We want you to be very pleased with any purchase. If you are unhappy with any product you should let us know. Due to the personal nature of the products we need to be careful with our returns.
 

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel any item within 14 days. Any goods returned to us must be in the original packaging and in an unworn unused state and suitable for resale. They must be wrapped and unopened. Any monies paid by you will be refunded in full.
 

Products damaged on arrival

Any product received damaged on receipt must be notified to us within 5 days. We will replace or refund in full including the cost of postage in returning the damaged goods to us.  

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of all products supplied and will replace any defective item within a period of three months, fair ware and tear excepted. Goods excluded from refund guarantee Unless the item is damaged or defective the following items are excluded from return. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept items of lingerie which have been worn, any lotions or potions with the seal broken, adult toys where the packaging has been opened. Lingerie We urge you to order the correct size. Worn items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
